This year’s poster and related images are designed by Jennifer Galewski.

Message from Jenny: “I work in real time at Koumbit doing web design for different non-profits in Quebec. I lend my artistic skills to support causes and values that I hold dear to my heart. I took advantage of the callout for Montreal Anarchist Bookfair posters to make an illustration, something I rarely have the time to do in my daily work. My original idea was a crowd, with a girl in front, all raised by a book above the city. But, then I met Catho, who explained to me a super idea that she could not realize because she doesn’t draw. So I became her hands and eyes to realize a small family and their inseparable cat which was selected as this year’s poster. Like any badly shod shoemaker, I don’t have a website but you can reach me at jenny (at) koumbit.org !”

Thank you to all artists and designers who submitted poster designs for consideration for this year’s Bookfair. All submitted designs will be displayed at the Anarchist Bookfair as part of the Art & Anarchy exhibition.
